We ordered two manual drop blinds and a motor driven blind. We had some issues with the quoting process and then the installation. Premier Shades worked very hard to resolve, and we were satisfied with the solution. I'd say they bent over backwards to come to an equitable solution. We were so happy with the blinds that two months later we ordered another motor driven blind. I think that says it all: if we were unhappy we wouldn't have ordered the second blind. Thanks muchly to Jess, Emma, Glenn, and the crew at Premier.

Would recommend. Had external sun blockout blind + blockout curtain installed in M/B. Very happy with result. Premier recommended as part of quote an electrician to do wiring for external blind. Other’s we got quotes from leave it to you to organise electrician. Recommend Premier’s approach with electrician doing work at same time as install is done. We did have an electrical issue few days after installation – Premier had electrician out to fix on same day reported. Early days so can’t comment on longevity but so far all go... read more
