A nightmare from start to finish. They take no accountability for thier mistakes, it seems like they do not have much experience! I will never refinance or use them to purchase a home again.
This is the worst company. Save yourself the headache and find another title company. Jennifer Green could not do her job correctly, from paperwork being incorrect to wire transfers. Checks with incorrect amounts sent to wrong addresses. Every aspect of my refinance was a complete problem with these people. They need to learn their job functions over or find a new profession. Terrible is the best description
