When I first called Premier Security Designs to get a quote for installing some outside cameras, it took over three days for them to return my call; first red flag. Justin and Chris are nice guys, but novice, unprofessional businessmen, who have a major deficiency in customer relationship skills. This is a business run by two police officers in their spare time. They point this out up front, because it always provides them with an excuse, as they refuse to be accountable for anything. They are not open to feedback/criticism.... read more

Justin was on time and is very knowledgeable about the equipment. He stays until the job is done. Price was better than I expected. Not only do they do a great job of installing, but they are enthusiastic about their product. They are always available down the road when I have questions. I highly recommend Premier!!

Had my security system installed about two years ago on our new home and the whole thing still works like a charm. They took their time to explain everything about the system and most importantly that we understood every bit of it. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Premier Security Design!!

Justin and his company does quality professional installation with high grade equipment. His service is second to none, and he will continue to personally assist you should you have any questions regarding your system. Highly recommended!
