Phone number on the map doesn't appear to be correct, or if it is, we left a message and never heard back. Website specifies of 3 day window to sign up for an inspection, which is a logistical nightmare for anyone coming from out of town. Contact button on the website seems to just take information but not let us send an inquiry. Overall, that's a deal killer--customers from out of town shouldn't have to work so hard to pay these people $500.
Why is it so hard to get through to someone just to have questions answered. I wanted to inquire about services since reviews look good, but now the lack of responsiveness makes me want to look elsewhere…
Excellent service and friendly people. Also, the benefit of using the inspection results for a $450 savings on an aftermarket warranty.
I wanted to buy a camper in GA, but needed it inspected. I live in NC. Danielle talked to me about the services provided, booked an inspector and had the job finished, but the time the other firm I called returned my call. Seller said that inspector was very courteous and easy to work with. I received a report on the condition of the camper and am now in the process of purchasing. Cannot recommend them enough.
Had an Inspector come to help me determine if an RV would be good to purchase - He went over every aspect of the RV and explained things and showed me things as we went from engine to tires to storage compartments. We then sat and talked about what he had found, etc. Worth every penny!
