Mike was very helpful, there was a very big issue with my plumbing tonight. There was a blockage in the ground near my house and he used his tube to go unclog and used the camera to show me the roots growing in my drainage. The tub had no where to drain so water flew out of my toilet which wasn’t sealed properly beforehand. He did a great job fixing the issue. His technology is very impressive. He is the best plumber I’ve met!
I’ll warn you ahead of time, this may be a little long. Ok, is anyone else like me, I’m OCD about a few select things. Meaning, if something bad happens in these particular areas or a problem arises, I feel a panic attack coming on. For whatever reason, plumbing is one of them. Last night, the toilet gets clogged. Absolutely outstanding service! I had an emergency plumbing issue after hours and was stressed trying to find someone reliable. Mike responded quickly, showed up promptly, and got straight to work. Great service!! We were quoted an insane amount from a different plumber about supposed breaks in the pipes, he discovered that was a lie and made a proper plan to fix the clogging issue!
I woke up New Year’s Day with no hot water. I called at just before noon, Mike and Chris were at my house shortly after 1 and worked until after 6PM installing a new water heater. I am very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism, I will call for Mike any time I need plumbing work.
