I couldn’t be happier with the service! Mike and his assistant replaced my gas water heater and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was friendly, on time, explained everything in a way I could understand, and the price was very reasonable. It’s so nice to find someone local who is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs!
I had a great experience with Muka from Premier Rooter Plumbing. I called them because I had an emergency situation with a leaking toilet from the shut off valve so there was a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom. I also had an outside water spigot that was damaged and old and leaking in which as you can see in the picture provided, that he repaired. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Starting with making the appointment, they were so kind and patient and made the process easy after such a long and stressful day. Then Muka came to fix our toilet and he was so fantastic. He was on time, respectful, and clearly knew his stuff. After assessing the problem with my toilet, he gave me options and took the time to explain each option clearly and in great detail and walked me through step by step of the problem, which I really appreciated. Mike came out so quickly on a Saturday and fixed our toilet extremely fast. The Airbnb we stayed at didn’t have much cleaning supplies but he took it upon himself to make sure he left the bathroom spotless. Can’t recommend him enough! 👏🏼
Thanks to Mike for doing our outdoor shower plumbing! As always, he was great to work with, did great work, and took the time to ensure it was done right.
