Premier did a wonderful job on my roof and gutters! If there is an issue they do there best to make it a win-win for everyone. They do care about the customer and want them to be happy! They are very efficient in the clean up as well they make sure there is no old nails left and even come out the day after to make sure it’s all clean so you do not get a nail in a tire or even if you have animals they don’t step on a nail! would not recommend this company I adviced my sales agent over two weeks before the actual project began that I did not want my shed done. They did not notate my file so the people that came out to do my roof did my shed. When I tried to stop them, none of them spoke English so they don’t know what I was trying to say and I can’t communicate to them what I was trying to say because nobody from Premier was on site to help me and at the end of the day Premier is charging me for the material because they Refused to make it righ... read more
Still in progress but from just the inspection alone, Hector called the insurance company with us and will be here for the adjuster. Customer service: 100%.
Replacement of roofing and vents. Was done very professionally. Crew cleaned up after completion of job leaving everything looking very fabulous.
A+ job by Premier Roofing from start to finish. They helped us get approval by State Farm for an entire roof replacement and were very responsive and knowledgeable in all communication. John and Zach were so helpful and friendly, and the whole crew was professional and very hard working. They showed up on time, worked their tails off, and completed the job in one day. Cleanup exceeded my expectations. I would certainly recommend Premier to anyone needing a roof replacement. Very smooth process all the way.
