Premier roofing company did our roof after a hailstorm this summer (2019 - job #1938568). They communicated very well throughout the process and completed the project sooner than I would have expected, given the hundreds of roofs that were replaced this summer. They did all the communication with the insurance company, they were easy to reach with any questions, and I believe they used good roofing materials. I would recommend working with Premier Roofing for your roofing needs.

It took them 8 1/2 months to start the project. They often times did not answer my calls and did not call me back. They twice requested more money from my insurance company without letting me know so I got random deposits in my checking account. The project ended up being more than $8,000 over the original estimate. They had me on "weather hold" through the Fall and Winter and only took me off in the Spring when I called and reminded them I was still waiting. The quality of their produdct alone would bring me back. but the people I worked with made a stressful situation much easier. I worked with Tony Ramos. He is top notch. Tony told me the truth. Even when it wasnt what I wanted to hear. there were no suprises. the roof was finnished ahead of schedule.
