We were solicited at our front door one day that’s clearly marked with “Please No Soliciting”. My husband answered anyway and let Langdon deliver his pitch and allowed him to conduct an inspection and put together an estimate. My husband liked their sales pitch and after receiving the estimate, and deciding on colors, he decided to go with Premier Roofing to remove the old roof shingles and wrap and replace with a new one. Excellent service and quality work! Alan Martin made the whole process smooth and easy! With insurance, the price was excellent.
No issues with the new roof so far, issue I have is that I paid off the balance the insurance didn’t cover with a zero balance. The next month they said I owed more money, why wasn’t this in the original bill?
This company came to us by their door to door salesman. We agreed to replace the roof using them. We paid them and they replaced the roof. They charged us for things they didn't do so I called them and had them fix those issues. Then our gutters started falling off our house because the roofing company took down the support brackets to replace the drip edge.
