If I could give zero stars, I would. This company’s door-to-door salesman was one of the most pushy, dishonest people I’ve ever dealt with. From the very beginning, we told him clearly that we were about to put our house on the market and were not interested in filing a claim. Despite that, he kept showing up at our house almost every other day, pressuring us. Another update: Here we are 1 year later and we're having the same issue again! I believe this makes it the 5th time we have had shingles falling off. Every summer when it gets hot, we loose shingles. Every year, after I finally reach someone, they come out and repair it. Every year they say it's finally fixed correctly. Again I've left 4 messages, and have yet to get a call back. I will continue to call, and show up at their door again if necessary. Clayton Hood did exactly what he said he was going to do. Got a full roof paid for by insurance and had the roof on and done all within a 2 week span of meeting him.
