Overall results were great. Communication with Brad was very good. The only problem experienced was delay in getting service done, due to busy schedule.
I started at 7 in the morning and they're ending up now at 5, and they had replaced Jehovah that allow the extra work that's cruel. It's 3 man crew and they were gright now. Recommend trecommend somebody. Do a great work.And the salesman told the crew very very highly recommend
This company misrepresented their ability to do the work on an insurance claim. I sustained hail damage on my house to include roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding. Foolishly I trusted them and endorsed the total check from the insurance company for all the repairs. They did do the roof replacement to my satisfaction. They then contacted me to say they did not have assets in the area to complete the rest of the work and it was up to me to get the rest of the work done. So grateful to Premier. When Fraser's recent tornado, which destroyed the roof on both my house and garage, caught me with no insurance, Premier had pity on me. They worked quickly and efficiently to give me a beautiful new roof, professionally installed, for a fantastic price far below other's bids.
