The crew from Premier roofing were completely professional and skilled. The crew leader kept me informed during the 2 days process, and Ethan, the office coordinator was excellent at keeping the ball rolling as we waited for the weather to give us the break we needed to get this large ( 2,700 sq. ft. log cabin, and 3 barn/ storage structures) job rolling. We are thoroughly impressed and happy with the outcome; also worth mentioning, the cleanup throughout and at finish was like they were never here!
We recently had an estimate for roof replacement conducted by Adil Zaman. Ultimately, we did not go with Premier as we have a family connection with another roofing contractor. However, our decision was not any easy one to make as Adil was the consummate professional and his estimate was within the expected range we anticipated. His presentation was thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable.
Adil, Megan, and the team at Premier Roofing were very helpful, transparent, and communicative during the entire process. From the start, I had confidence that I was choosing a reputable company that holds itself to a high standard of work based on the first interaction. They were extremely easy to work with, and when there were supply chain issues I was kept in the loop the entire time. I would recommend Premier Roofing! The estimate was on par with others and the products they used are solid. Roof warranty is also wonderful! A huge crew showed up and completed it in a day. Kai was our contact person and is quite knowledgeable and did the inside detail work on our skylight and it looks great! Meghan was our office contact and she was phenomenal :) We did have a few things that communications were delayed on, but in the end the roof and everything got done and we are pleased with it!
