I did not have work done by the company but also had a really bad experience with an employee driving a company truck. My best friend and I were skating today in Liberty Park, as we were coming up to the street intersection where everyone in the path has to cross the company truck sped up to try and beat us across but instead completely cut us off when we 100% had the right away. I had an extremely unpleasant encounter today (around 11:35 AM) in the parking lot of Einstein Bagels on the Wasatch Front with a man driving a Premier Roofing truck. I politely thanked the driver of the company vehicle for letting me go—despite it being my right of way—only to be met with rude and completely unprofessional behavior. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, he aggressively cursed at me and told me to "slow my ass down," even though I had just started accelerating and was nowhere near speeding. My friend hired Optimum Roofing Company back in July 2022!!! And his roof HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED yet. It's been excuse after excuse for the past 18 months now!! His son Adam Card is telling his Father (Bruce) that he's being scammed. The last communication was in November 2023. PLEASE everyone do your homework and make sure you want to hire Optimum because I wouldn't!! So sad really!
