I had one roofing company patch a tear in my rubber roof and they recommended replacing the roof. I was looking for a second opinion and Jake sent one of his guys out and they checked things out and reported that the rubber was actually still in very good condition, but they felt it just needed a few repairs and some maintenance instead of replacement.
