Dr Rahki is incredible - had to give me shot in neck and above my ear -PAINLESss - Paola at front desk kind, courteous, helpful, informative. I have had physical therapy for past 25 years and ELFIE - was INCREDIBLE - OUTSTANDING - I HAVE BOOKED SEVERAL MORE APPOINTMENTS!
This was the worst practice I have ever visited in my life, if 0 stars were an option, I would've picked it. So many scheduling and communication issues + rude staff. I tried to cut them some slack at first, but efficient methods of communication are extremely important for a medical practice. They do not have a patient portal, they do not contact patients through e-mail, and they have a terrible phone system that sends patients straight to voicemail 99% of the time. Not responsible doctors. Make appointments ones in 4-5 months. Joe can we trust to these kind of doctors?!
Went there with severe knee pain met with the doctor, he explained the cause, and he gave a shot feeling great. Definitely highly recommend them.
