Had a great experience with Dr. Escobedo who did laser surgery on both of my eyes for retinal holes and tearing.
If I could give zero stars I would! Customer service is terrible. Someone needs to teach these girls how to run the front desk. Not only are they rude but they will call you 30 minutes before an appointment to cancel and when you are coming from downtown Midland and already on the way to the office. They have no consideration for there patients.
Best eye care I’ve been to in recent years. Physicians are professional and very knowledgeable regarding any needs at appointments. Staff is kind and quick. Never run into any trouble or complaints from doctors or staff. 10/10 recommended
They are dishonest!! They do not return phone calls!!
My husband was a patient there. At his recent appt we accidentally forgot our masks at home. The staff informed us we would need to leave or BUY one for $1.00 each. We declined and left. I think it's unprofessional that a doctor's office would want to profit off the selling of masks to their patients who simply forgot theirs at home. You can buy a box of 100 mask for about $15 most places. Yet you want to make $100 on that box. Nope, not on me! Even one of their patients followed us out and offered to get them for us.
