I appreciate the attentive service I received in getting my roof replaced. ******* oversaw what was a lengthy and complex process to deal with my 3 story 130 year old home in ************. He dealt with various glitches until everything was ironed out. My new roof is perfect and the squirrels that were getting in the attic did not return this winter. ??
March 27, 2025. Hi. Preimer Restoration (Michael Head) recently replaced roof covering on three separate roof systems on our property South of Cheeseman Park. ******* went above and beyond for my family (yes I do mean family!) he worked with my father first then us. He walked through every step with us and gave us exceptional service at any and all days of the week. He made sure we felt so comfortable with every detail of the process, including the insurance claim and walkthroughs to the choices of the end product. ******* is honest and cares deeply for his customers. I feel so thankful for him!
I appreciate Michaels communication throughout the process. The lifetime warranty on the roof is reassuring, Michaels professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated.

When **** can to our door and offered to help us with our hail damaged roof, we were hesitant to use someone going door to door. Boy were we wrong! **** was so helpful, professional and really went to bat for us. He wanted no money up front and no contract signed. That type of integrity does not exist in this business. He fought with our insurance company and got us twice as much as the adjuster was willing to pay.
