They were always helpful for what I needed when I needed them, however when you move out of subdivision they charge $600 in junk fees as a final way of collecting an expense. Definitely a gouge.
They are very unfit to run and or manage anything. They definitely need to be trained on how to there job. Favoritism is a thing with them for sure. You can't do that but there friend/family next door can. Absolutely Ridiculous. Not sure how or why they are being used or allowed to have a license. Unfit Company that needs to shut down and fined.
lousy company promises to clean my pond not one person has showed up in 2 years they are quick to send out warning letter but never resolve the issue in a way reasonable to 2 parties . someone should check their bank account to wee where our dues are going . they are a fraud update 8-19 no one has showed up to test the water . it is now turning toxic with sediments sitting on top . complains are thrown our the window
Wish I could give this company zero stars. The office of filled with rude people who interpret rules solely to benefit the company. They ignore what the rules say in plain English. Kevin Ahmer and Andrew Leska lack any common sense when it comes to homeowners repairing their property. They charge people for unnecessarily for “Architectural Review” when no approval is required.
