My complex switch to this property management company about three or four months ago. I emailed the property manager at the end of July asking why they were weeds on our pool deck that hadn't been taken care of and sent in pictures. He said that he would issue a work order to get that taken care of. Here we are in the middle of September and absolutely nothing has been done to address this. Difficult to work with. Having a tough time communicating. Need to switch ownership and set up direct deposit but cannot get a reply. Unnecessarily difficult.
We recently installed new grass in our backyard and later last week and today we had digging done with no permission. Contacted The Village of Round Lake due to no communication for Digging done by Metronet. They stated Metronet & The Association needed to make us aware of work being done in the neighborhood, which wasn't received. After filing a complaint, Kevin denied knowing anything about it and simply was unprofessional. They were always helpful for what I needed when I needed them, however when you move out of subdivision they charge $600 in junk fees as a final way of collecting an expense. Definitely a gouge.
They are very unfit to run and or manage anything. They definitely need to be trained on how to there job. Favoritism is a thing with them for sure. You can't do that but there friend/family next door can. Absolutely Ridiculous. Not sure how or why they are being used or allowed to have a license. Unfit Company that needs to shut down and fined.
