If I could give negative stars I would. I started a monthly subscription for HCL in May. My second shipment of this order arrived in June but I was charged FOUR times for it. When I reached out to the company about the recurrent charges, they claimed there had been a system error and they were working on refunding everyone's duplicate charges. PRL KNEW there had been a problem but they did not reach out to me first, they waited for me to contact them. They refunded TWO of the extra charges and claim they also refunded the th... read more
Their customer service is top notch!! I had some products arrive that had been damaged in shipping. I called customer service and they were already closed. I left a message & the following morning I received a call back. I was surprised at how fast they responded!! I was asked to send pictures of the damaged box & my order was replaced immediately!
