If I could give negative stars I would. I started a monthly subscription for HCL in May. My second shipment of this order arrived in June but I was charged FOUR times for it. When I reached out to the company about the recurrent charges, they claimed there had been a system error and they were working on refunding everyone's duplicate charges. Their customer service is top notch!! I had some products arrive that had been damaged in shipping. I called customer service and they were already closed. I left a message & the following morning I received a call back. I was surprised at how fast they responded!! I was asked to send pictures of the damaged box & my order was replaced immediately! I love doing business with companies that have great customer service! Thank you Premier
