ALL of their Federal Hill apartments are moldy which will cause you to have severe respiratory problems. They will put college students mixed in with working professionals. They don’t care if the college kids disrupt your life. Their company motto is … screw you. Do not rent any apartment from this company.
By far the best management company I’ve rented from in Providence. The application and showing process with Stephanie was great. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and communication from management is clear and organized. Common areas like hallways are professionally cleaned periodically, which is a little thing that makes a huge difference to the quality of living for tenants. The resident portal makes paying rent online and submitting maintenance requests simple. Thank you premier rentals!!!
