ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We are going on TWO MONTHS of our AC being broken. We have been calling several times a week for two months now and have been called back ONCE. ZERO communication. Has lied to home warranty about our job being complete, so he could be paid. Meanwhile we still have no AC as we are approaching Huly in Arkansas heat. Tommy is a solid dude. Drove quite a distance to my house even with a foot of snow on the ground (Winter storm 2021). Quickly fixed the furnace and even went out of his way to help me shut off my water after we found a burst pipe. Highly recommended.

I had previously been assigned another contractor who did not answer my calls or respond to my service request through my home warranty. Called for a switch and Prem HVAC offered to take care of my issue with my heater the next day. This was two days before Christmas. My family would have been using space heaters until Dec 29 had Prem HVAC not stepped up. The owner answered his cell phone immediately and had my system up and running the next afternoon. Let me start by disclosing that I was assigned Premier Refrigeration and HVAC (i.e. ‘Tommy’) after I filed a claim with First American Home Warranty. The response time was quick and I had an appointment scheduled within a few days for Tommy to come out and look at the faulty AC unit. He arrived during the anticipated time window and investigated the issue. This company is amazing, not only are the punctual they are professional and really care. They showed up on time and were able to answer all my questions about what was going on. They did such an amazing job and even made sure to clean up after. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, and honest service.
