The number on the website is wrong and they expect good communication. They also expect you to honor a contract after it expired, but did they honor the contract after it expired? Of course not, they raised the price of rent. My lawyer is going to review the contract and I may pay more for his services, but it's worth it, is fair, If I'm going to give my money away, let it be to someone who deserves it.
I have been renting an apartment with this company for over a year. There has been several issues with either washing machines, ceiling fans, roof leaks due to storm created openings, and they have always responded as promptly as possible. I have bothered Ron at late hours of the night, and he has been there to at the very least listen to my concerns and addresses them first thing in the morning. Overall a pretty good company to work with.
Just moved out after 3 years only because I needed a bigger place. PRS and employees were always pleasant. Ocassionally repairs were delayed because of thier work load. They were never invasive. Also, PRS now have an app to allow tenants to pay rent and request work orders. I would consider them in the future if need be.
