Two days before Christmas, my wife and I closed on our first home. We did our final walkthrough the day before closing and our realtor went to hand us our keys. Brenda, the seller’s realtor, was watching us like a hawk and immediately stopped him and said “no, you can’t give them their keys”. I bought 22 cement blocks on Facebook Marketplace. I will save up enough materials to build a place.
Premier does not even deserve one star because this realtor Brenda B advertised a home and when it came time to close she never showed up. She never told me that the owner had not moved out of the house, and I was forced to find another place to live. Also she kept my $1000 deposit and will not return it even though I took her to court and won. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER if you don't want trouble.
