Working with this company felt like trying to get a room full of toddlers to do office work. It took over a week for them to even SUBMIT our rental application, and that was with us constantly calling to ask about the status, and then calling people FOR THEM to make sure our application was ok. This is a family business; They are honest, reliable, responsive, patient, respectable, and fair. I have had outstanding customer experience; I can rely on them to work with the tenants, find new tenants for vacant properties, handle lease renewals, address any issues with property repairs, maintenance, and remodeling.
