Avoid Premier Realty at all costs!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!!!! I’ve been renting a property managed by Premier Realty for years, and the experience has been beyond frustrating and unprofessional. We’ve had a ceiling leak since 2020, and instead of permanently fixing it, they’ve only done temporary patches. The situation escalated when water leaked directly onto my baby while she slept during a recent storm. Not once have we received an apology just vague updates and last-minute notices.
