First time homebuyer, and Chris made this process smooth sailing. I really appreciated his years of experience in real estate, but especially in home renovations. He was able to see where sellers used "quick fixes" (or didn't fix serious issues at all) and problems I certainly didn't catch. Open and honest about whether a house was a good call or not for me as a buyer, and whether the area supported an offer I was thinking of making, which was what I was looking for.
