I have been a tenant with Premier Realtors of Columbus long enough to know that it was 100° outside on a Saturday and I followed protcol and submitted a work order. Within 1 to 2 hrs I was contacted Criseline. Within a couple hours a contractor was at my door and outside ( God love him, sweating to death out there w misquoted at there heyday, a sweaty human, let's attack, lol.) I moved in few weeks back. There were a lot of things needed to be fixed. I was calling back and forth. I know it wasn’t the management’s fault. What’s good is they tried so hard to encourage owner to replaced some things - dishwasher, even fixed the AC. took a little while, but I am happy getting these new things. It was very difficult to go on without dishwasher! So thank you for helping me!!
I am giving them 5 stars because they are prompt. My sister is happy to be renting with them, and so am I. In-house maintenance works fast and they are kind. I also like how their maintenance coordinator, Cris keeps on checking on us until our issues were resolved, so 5-stars
So far, so good. Rental process was fast. Work orders are handled promptly as well. I hope they keep it up 👍
