I applied and attempted to lease a property listed by this firm. I submitted my online application but saw no next steps to upload any documents. I called the next day and Kevin was a little snarky saying he was just getting around to sending out the follow up email that requests that information as if I was rushing when I was simply asking did I miss a step. I don't do many reviews, but I had to share my experience. We rented a home from Patricia at Premier Realtors of Columbus for the past 3 years. We had a job relocation and had to move away from Columbus, GA. I can't say enough good things about Patricia and Premier Realtors. Patricia is such a pleasure to work with. I rented a home through premier reality group. Took weeks for repairs sometimes even months. My lease contract ended it took the property manager Patricia hitesan over 45 days to send my refund. I handed over professional receipts from the cleaning services orkin and landscaping. She claimed the cleaning wasn’t to her liking and charged me 300 dollars. Also charged me for smoking and I don’t even smoke. Nice home but I would advise anyone not to rent from premier reality group. Very unprofessional team of con artist.

Seemed super uninterested in helping me and a little condescending with their responses. Made me avoid all available rentals with this company because what’s the point if that’s who I’d be dealing with.
