Not a safe place for single women to live; property management not interested in safety or a healthy environment for residents. Women be careful.
They love to say they aren't but they are certainly lying and stealing from you. When confronted with evidence they change their reasoning. Front desk lady and wannabe owner are specifically untruthful. Don't expect honesty from anyone in the organization.
Tech services sucks. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Our garage spring broke and our cars is stuck in the garage. How are we going to pay your outrageous rent with original carpet and your appliance's don’t even work.
I live at Ankeny Acres 218 NW Chapel Dr. and Premier just took over management. I now have to pay for extra garbage charges because the whole neighborhood uses our dumpster and I get to share the cost of the washer and dryer in the hall that I never use! My rent is different every month which is just wrong. Maybe Premier should redo IT'S budget and live with it's means instead of passing all the cost on to the renter. BTW it's a 500 square foot apt with 30 years old everything.
