Dirty, unmanaged building
November 2023; They will Jack your rent whenever. “Due to rising costs” listen…. You ARE the rising costs. They have the cheapest snow removal possible who does not show in a timely manner, and then take the least expensive route and try and hire residents to shovel… what value are you providing that is worth constant increases? At least this year they didn’t send the notice for the holidays… for the additional money you’d think tenants would see improvements such as updated appliances? Or a pool or something. The manager, Becky was incredibly helpful and kind as I needed a place quickly. I picked up my keys within 3 days of applying. My apartment is beautiful, very well maintained and perfect for me. The neighborhood is quiet and every resident I’ve met has been very friendly. I would highly recommend.
had my rent raised 4 times in years with 0 improvements done to the place itself. rats in the basement leaks mold bugs you name it. they will do nothing but raise rent and use the same bs template every year saying they have no choice but to raise rent. avoid living here. i am trying to move ASAP.
I live in a small rural complex of theirs. I agree with Michael. Your lease is monthly, which means they can jack the rent up whenever they want.
