I rented from them starting in 2016 and stayed for several years. They were one of the best property management companies I have rented from, and I truly enjoyed their service. One thing I will always remember is when I was moving back to campus, I received 80% of my security deposit back because I kept the house clean. Don applauded me for taking such good care of the property. That meant a lot to me. I had a very positive experience renting from them, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent.
Nothing but wonderful service and the people are great. Shout out to Tonia for always being on top of things.
