I was looking to buy a house and my Agent called James Hartford for more info on a property in Gold Bar I was interested in. James took 2 days to even acknowledge my agent, and when he did he spent the whole call yelling at my agent and using fowl language claiming "he has a whole lot of hits on the property" and "if my agent can't figure out the info on her own, he doesn't have time for her". My parent's contacted Cheryl for a 'free' market analysis (she advertises these on her website). Cheryl responded and said she would contact back the day after her return from vacation. She was sent the details of the property they wanted to sell. Cheryl promised a market analysis in a couple days ~ never sent one. She wasted our time.
