The staff that provided my mammogram was friendly and wonderful to work with. 5 stars for the technician, but the lag time on results was unacceptable. It took 3 days short of a month for a radiologist to read my results. I called once a week to check on the delay and was told “the radiology team was running behind or backed up”. I have never waited this long for results for a routine mammogram and will not be returning for radiology related care if this will continue to be the case.
I had an ultrasound on my thyroid Feb. 9th and they said it won’t be read until 30 days - March 9th. I have been sick & trying to rule out my thyroid disease and move on. They should have told me this BEFORE I went and I would have went elsewhere!!!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
Had an MRI done on a work injury. Sarah was extremely helpful and diligent with helping me to get it approved by United health care which would have been a nightmare without her help. The facility is impeccable and the staff was extremely professional and nice. I would definitely recommend! I was in and out within 45 minutes. The MRI itself took 15-20 minutes. I will definitely come back should I ever need an MRI in the future!
