I attempted to schedule an important Breast MRI/Mt Juliet through dr request at St Thomas Midtown for 2 weeks and gave up. I called every week day and inquired 'can I make appt?'...and was immediately transferred to a voice mail. All was an unreal experience. I was a former patient twice at Mt Juliet for a Breast MRI and wanted to stay with my existing program. They have nice people working for them but are so understaffed as to render them severely problematic. I have called and receive no call back. I finally had to show up to do a face-to-face to get an appointment but they could not locate my physician's order. They need to be reported to the State.

Lebanon , TN Premier Radiology is all about paycheck.Unfriendly, gossip group. Know it all's.Get out of the chairs and move around anyway,what a joke! Very clannish.Ever heard of thinking about someone other than yourself?

If you need to speak with someone on the phone you can forget it . Their billing department is not only incompetent but good luck finding someone who has a descent grasp of the English language. I paid my bill in full less the discount I was provided by their billing department and over a year later they turned me over to collections for $49, because they did not post my payment of $1,100 correctly. I can’t imagine his they stay in business.

If you're cash pay or using Medishare, which doesn't cover preventative care, DO NOT GO HERE. I'm being charged nearly $1,200 for an annual mammogram. I even called first to check rates. I've used Nashville Diagnostic Imaging for years and only paid at most $220. It's OBSCENE. I'm sick to my stomach.

My experience at Premier was very good. I was waited on and registered in with a friendly lady and did not have to wait long to go back and have my test. The lady who did my test "Pam " was the best. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. We even had a couple of laughs . Thanks for having such a warm and friendly lady on your staff.

My husband and I had a CT scan today. We were very impressed with the staff at the White Bridge Road facility. We were given a warm welcome, the lady who checked us in was very pleasant, professional and courteous. John took us back and took care of our scans. He explained everything that was going to happen from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly. We appreciate the way we were treated and highly recommend Premier Radiology.
