I was a little hesitant about coming to this location based on some prior reviews. However, they were amazing! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had a morning appointment, but I had no wait- I actually got called back early. The ultrasound tech was very sweet and efficient. And my results were back very quick (within a few hours).
The front desk woman (older African American lady with glasses- light skinned and I think I heard her being called “Deshawn”) is RUDE. We had a PET scan appointment for 4pm with an arrival time of 3pm. I dropped my mom off in the front at 3:01and I’m sure she was upstairs by 3:05 (yes we were late but there has to be a grace period and the weather was bad AND there isn’t a “premier radiology” sign plastered on the building NOR did they explain this). Absolutely horribly rude, inefficient. ESPECIALLY scheduling and the front desk. Ask your DR for a difference reference. Nasty nasty humans.
Unfortunately not a great experience with an incompetent receptionist/scheduler. My father had labs and xray ordered today. There was an hour wait in labs so we went to xray to sneak that in. The receptionist told us there is no wait and to go back to labs. It would be no more than 10-15 to get into xray. Went back to labs and waited our hour.
