Great facility on White Bridge Road. Excellent parking. Nice front desk staff. And Addie assisted us over the past two days. She called to confirm our appointment and was so sweet and helpful. During the procedure, Addie sat with my daughter, Maddy, while she had contrast for an MRI. Addie helped calm my daughter’s nerves and talked to her the entire time! Addie has an amazing bedside manner and impeccable people skills. Give that lady a raise to keep her on staff 🥰 Thanks, Premier!
This place is always so flexible with appointments , which makes my life so much easier. I love knowing that when my primary care doctor orders a radiology test, in most cases I can drive directly to the Premier Radiology to immediately get it completed. From the front desk personnel to the staff performing the test and reading the results, they are super efficient . I appreciate their care in seeing the unexpected walk-ins , when tests are ordered by primary care providers.
My doctor ordered me an epidural steroid injection. I drive an hour and a half the day of my appointment and they didn’t even try to get it approved through my insurance until I got here which was denied. The girl in the office (wish I had gotten her name to call her out) told me she tried to call me and left a message last night. Funny it didn’t show up on my phone. They may be great at their other locations but I wouldn’t come here.
