The Denison front office is forever changing people, and there is a large gap in information transfer. Training? Especially the money part. Today for example, I was told that my appointment was cancelled, in person. Tried to give me some crock of bull that they tried to call me several times. They did not. I called the office yesterday to confirm the time for today's appointment! After my last visit I had zero balance, today I owe them money! Not the first time, this has happened before also.

Why doesn't anyone ever talk about the Zephyr valve? Has anyone ever had them? Do they work? What's the wait time? After one month, no one has replied to my question. All I hear is how nice the staff is. The doctor is above answering the basic questions. What is the wait time for Zephyr valves? Has anyone ever had them?
I love Dr kable and the other medical staff.
