The evaluation process was efficient and the staff were professional and considerate.
After reading the reviews we were hesitant about going here. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to these reviews and gave their team a chance. We had an amazing experience with a very knowledgeable staff. They treated us amazing with no issues. We were talked to and explained everything, very detailed and this place cares about their pts. Don’t let these reviews fool you, this staff was amazing from the time we walked through the door.
The woman at the counter was wonderful, but the psychologist back handedly insulted my daughter for not being able to read due to struggles.
Absolutely will not be going back and finding a new psychiatric. We went to Mrs Colleen Moran for our first appointment for my kid and the audacity to keep forcing a mask an grabbing my kid shoving it in my daughters face who is autistic an suffers with anxiety and has sensory issues was VERY inappropriate along the lines of hateful speaking towards her and she’s only 4. My daughter sees Colleen Morgan and she is absolutely wonderful. I love her to death. She is helping so much with issues and constant pain and anxiety and trama. I will say those that aren't rule inforceing and see her. You may not like that she has a way of getting your child to hear you and listen. My youngest daughter is going threw hard times and she is helping her cope and understanding the situation with her and help her with controlling herself. THANK YOU COLLEEN!
