The therapist we were assigned uses extremely dated techniques and an obsolete 1980's mindset. The therapist had no empathy and, worse, drew unfair and incorrect conclusions about a patient in the patient's absence. We have terminated the services and hope to find a counselor who is up-to-date on the research and the methods. After this experience we have little faith that PPS can reliably provide quality care. Beware.
