Creating or changing appointments is difficult with their online technology. You select a time and get Qued with no response.

Weeks after my first initial appointment, my account had a balance due to errors with my insurance. 10 minutes before my second appointment, I received a phone call informing me my appointment was canceled. I was never given notice this would happen. I confirmed my appointment via text, email, and phone conversation 3 times. I've never had a medical provider that canceled 10 mins before an appointment especially due to an account balance. This is really unethical and irresponsible. I've only been with Premier a few months but overall very satisfied with them. William Lyman is outstanding. He's kind and attentive to my care. They value patient input and that is rare to find. Had a small issue with a prescription/insurance but Peggy contacted me and all is well. It's very convenient that they offer telehealth. Since I started with them I've been feeling better, more focused and living a more goal orientated life.
