Alexia the APRN is such a professional but also warm and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable with her - like a friend you don’t see often but you can pick up without skipping a beat. I’m glad I transitioned with her from another practice!
Alexia is an awful psychiatrist, I had the displeasure of meeting her yesterday and though she was recommended by someone else within the practice, I regret going. I had a 445 appointment with her and she was rushing me out the door, the second I sat down, she talked to me for less than 10minutes about absolutely nothing but to make me feel bad about needed meds. Love this office. All staff are great and create a comfortable environment!
My first experience with Dr.Palma was wonderful. He spent around 30 minutes asking me questions and genuinely trying to understand my symptoms and decide the best route of treatment. I’ve never felt more heard by a mental health professional! Happy to have found this office. The front desk staff is also cheery, sweet, and had candy. 🫶
