Just an amazing experience with Dr Trey and his staff at Premier Psychiatric. From my first visit to my follow up, Dr Trey listened to me. He asked the right questions to incorporate the treatment plan for me as an individual. I highly recommend Dr Trey and his staff.
I went here for about 3 years and I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends, family, or a stranger at the store. My doctor always asked me to remind her what medication I was taking and what I was going through and didn’t pay much attention to me. The worst part was when I asked for help with advocating for my job accommodations for my disability, she didn’t do annything and I ended up getting fired. The team shows great care for the patients. They are genuine and do as much as possible to help. I do wish TMS services were available at the facility.
My primary care dr. first recommended I go see Trey to have him manage my medications but he does so much more than that. I feel like he really cares for me as a person. He listens to me intently and I never feel rushed. I actually look forward to our visits and he has helped me tremendously. My husband is very skeptical of drs. but he loves Trey as well and has joined me in going for a couple yrs. now. The front dest is very pleasant and accommodating in scheduling my app'ts.
Jackie is AMAZING! 10/10 recommend She is not only patient but also very communicative. She wants the best for all her patients!!
