They seriously thought emailing was an appropriate means of a gas leak once. Right. I sit there refreshing my emails just in case there's a gas leak. I'm sitting here now, wondering why there is no water. There was no 24 hour notice, and no email or text about a potential emergency or something about that,either. Shady group of people. Fail to disclose very important info that leads to major health and safety concerns
2 years later and there still managing my unit in meridan. This is a joke same problems. Tranfer to this voicemail to that voicemail and never a response i cant believe they are this UNprofessional its unbelievable. The reviews on here that are 2 stars and up are a joke too no way they are real and the 5 start reviews are 1000000% fake no way someone would complment this company no way no chance!!!!!! I'm not usually one for writing reviews but I've been impressed and pleased with Premier Property Management since they took over the management of the Elm Meadows condo complex a few months ago.... most especially the Maintenance team! Paul and his crew were responsive, and considerate, and communicative about the work that they recently completed rebuilding my townhouse's basement after a flood that occurred during my previous property management company's "service." Was supposed to receive a partial refund for not receiving a document within one day that refund has not been processed and or pending on my account therefore I edited my review. If I could leave a 0 star review I would have.
