Great team of people quick approval nice and very affordable I recommend them and would rent threw them again had a great experience with Terrance very educated very nice explain everything from start to finish great guy

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Terrance on obtaining a new home. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and treatment. Not only is he knowledgeable about his job, but he's very meticulous about every detail. He literally walked us hand in hand through the entire process, explaining everything along the way. We can't say enough good things about him!
3 rescheduled viewings for a rental viewing within a 24 hour period speaks volumes to the unprofessionalism of this company. If they act like this before I even pay a deposit, I can imagine how they treat their actual renters. May my experience be a warning to all to not do business with this company. EDIT: within an hour of posting this review, 2 different numbers reached out in regards to this Google review. It seems Premier Property Management is more concerned with appearances than actually being a reputable company.
