Lived at the same house for over ten years until this property management company took over and a new owner bought the house . The house was built in 1910 and was in need of a lot of repairs . Put up with months of construction only to hear main guy tell everyone as soon as they get me out they can up the rent . I was harassed so much I didn't want to live there anymore . Leslie is amazing! But if she is not in u do not get the help u need. I have been with this property management for years and never had a problem. I should say yes I have had problems but the staff at Peebles took care of it!!!!!!! Awesome awesome awesome!!!! This was for Peebles not PURE PROPERTY!

First of all I want to say I'm giving 3 stars only because Milca was a pleaser to work with. Renting from Pure Property Management has been a rollercoaster, but I want to give credit where it’s due—Milca was hands down the best part of the experience. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about making the process smoother. Unfortunately, that level of service was not consistent with the rest of the team.
