First of all I want to say I'm giving 3 stars only because Milca was a pleaser to work with. Renting from Pure Property Management has been a rollercoaster, but I want to give credit where it’s due—Milca was hands down the best part of the experience. I am so disappointed with this pure Property Management I got in contact with them for a house way before it was even in the market I talked to an agent and he said to go ahead and submit an application before I went to the market because first come first serve that is not true I work just another side of the fence so for me was very convenient to get the house my daughter-in-law works at his start Burr Street just two blocks away from it so it was very convenient we submit our application way before it was even on the marke... read more
Went to get an apartment but after I applied they were rented out; however, milA I believe was her name was able to refund me back my application fees. Went better than I had expected.
“Milca” has been the biggest help in the application process very attentive and respectful towards the clients!
Milca helped me out and gave me great services 5star for sure.
