Wasted 3 weeks trying to get approved for a rental, Milca kept asking questions that we can’t answer and being told over and over that only the housing authority could answer that and dragging their feet. They also gather a bunch of app fees from multiple people at once. Avoid them and try an honest one that only tries to approve one person at a time and isn’t in it for the easy money!
Milca is a genuine person and I really appreciate all of the help that was provided. Very professional.

Lived at the same house for over ten years until this property management company took over and a new owner bought the house . The house was built in 1910 and was in need of a lot of repairs . Put up with months of construction only to hear main guy tell everyone as soon as they get me out they can up the rent . I was harassed so much I didn't want to live there anymore . Leslie is amazing! But if she is not in u do not get the help u need. I have been with this property management for years and never had a problem. I should say yes I have had problems but the staff at Peebles took care of it!!!!!!! Awesome awesome awesome!!!! This was for Peebles not PURE PROPERTY!
