Truthfully a life ruining experience. Jamie presented us a home that was not repainted, the backyard fence was about to collapse, and a house that wrecked of cigarettes. After saying she would send the lease that night, she instead decided to send it days before our move in date, leading to undisclosed terms and lies. After being unresponsive to any and all of our questions she has the audacity to instead blame her tenant instead of taking the time to address the issues within her abilities. House hunting was supposed to be exciting and enjoyable... or so I thought. Unfortunately for my family and I, it was tedious, stressful, competitive and daunting due to our horrible experiences with other property management companies. Until we found Jamie and Premier Property Management! She guided us through the process with ease! Very patient, attentive and helpful ~ all with a smile, even through my numerous questions. Oh, and she always returns phone calls right away ~ Highly recommend!!!
If I could give this management group 0 stars I would. We are currently renting a house through them and have had nothing but bad experiences. Lack of communication, unprofessional behavior from Jamie and just overall neglect. Moved into the house and the walls weren’t painted, light bulbs are out and half the time I get ignored trying to reach out about these problems. Jamie rushed us into signing the lease and now we are stuck with these problems. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and go to someone else.
