RecommendedI have been in the same association for many years. Premier has also been the property management company and we have had nothing but premium service. I highly recommend them to manage your association or investment properties!!!
I live on a property that Premier Property Management is "managing", they don't verify anything for themselves before sending out mail to residents that are a blatant lie they have no documentation or pictures to go on. We started out with 1 person and were switched to another with no notifications. If you don't have a paper trail of all correspondence with them you are SOL. Impossible to communicate with - unresponsive to emails and voicemails.
I am so disappointed in your company. I have never been treated so rudely than by the gal that answers your phone. Your company has stalled and stalled closings.. You should look at what your mission statement says and train the folks that work at this company-- or close your doors
I highly recommend you never hire David Karat. He is the worst management. I'm Soooo glad we are done with him.
