Cleaned the place even better than when I first moved in. Had slug and ant problems. I will update it if and when i get back the security deposit.
This is an atrocious property management company. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else. Literally anyone else. If you deal with someone named Dawn, be prepared, she’s wildly unhelpful and never answers the phone. And of course their offices are closed to the public so goood luck getting in contact with them for anything at all. Not happy at all with premier property management. Do not expect your deposit back when you move..because you will only get a small percentage back no matter how clean you leave the place..after contacting them about it, they will never answer you..that's how they make profit i guess.
