Not happy at all with premier property management. Do not expect your deposit back when you move..because you will only get a small percentage back no matter how clean you leave the place..after contacting them about it, they will never answer you..that's how they make profit i guess.
We live in one of the rentals for 5 years when it comes to maintenance they are really slow to respond and then when we moved out they found a whole bunch of reasons to keep all of our deposit so happy not to deal with them anymore.. really horrible customer service as well
Not flexible at all. No co-signers allowed for a 55+ community, but they will gladly take an application fee of $65 without a viewing. Robbery. A place that takes advantage of the elderly. So sorry we annoyed the front desk with questions. Woman sounded annoyed with every question. Glad my father will not be living there. A place with 2 stars should really try harder.
Wouldn’t give me the time of day as a prospective tenant. I asked about their pet policy being negotiable- most places are. My extremely well behaved dog weighs 40 lbs, not 25. I was granted No wiggle room, and was told “if I negotiate for one, I have to negotiate for all”. Yeah, no duh. Negotiate for all! You know, go the extra mile. I’m willing to pay more pet rent, or deposit, or send in my dogs medical records, or even have my current landlord vouch for my dog- none of my pleas for a negotiation were met with grace.
