Wouldn’t give me the time of day as a prospective tenant. I asked about their pet policy being negotiable- most places are. My extremely well behaved dog weighs 40 lbs, not 25. I was granted No wiggle room, and was told “if I negotiate for one, I have to negotiate for all”. Yeah, no duh. Negotiate for all! You know, go the extra mile. I rented the home from a different property management initially, after living there 5 years and premier being the last of the 3 property management companies in the 5yrs. We decided to move out as DAWN was always rude, they would charge $40 every time to stick a notice on my door as well as mail one for no apparent reason. My rent was paid early every month from day 1. If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing gets fixed and then they mark service requests completed when they aren’t. Our smoke alarms went two years out of regulation with no service. We were told by the inspector two years in a row they needed to be updated, but it never happened. We had a professional carpet cleaning business come in and clean the carpets before moving out And they charged us for supposedly having the carpets cleaned again.
