Maintenance is quick and efficient. Staff is all very polite and easy to communicate with if any issues arise. Clean and spacious unit in a quiet area where everybody is respectful.
Renting from Premier has been a great experience for the past 5 years. After living in three of their buildings in Sauk Rapids, I can say that each building has had beautiful units in convenient locations along with quiet neighbors and great amenities. Maintenance is always quick and helpful with fixing issues. Communication is convenient, professional, and consistent to and from managment. Staff are very friendly and good to work with, especially Amy. Flexibility has been awesome as well.
Had a problem with neighbors, but management acted fast and professionally.
I don’t pay for heat or internet here—big win. Living is easy.
