This has to be the worst home inspector on the planet. The amount of items they aid were good and had to be replaced in the first 2 weeks of moving in makes me believe they are incompetent or they knew the previous owner. Here are a few. They did not inspect the water softener, it had not been working in years, my cost $3300 to replace. Sprinkler system they said was working and just had a few heads broken. Delivered report as promised within 12 hours along with pictures. Included a follow up visit free of charge to make sure items were to be corrected properly. Would recommend to all.
