We have used Kathy at Premier Properties two times now to sell our homes. The first home we listed with Kathy had been a tough sell and she sold it much quicker than I expected. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and she is a pleasure to work with. She knows the area very well. I would highly recommend her. If I ever have another home to sell, she'll be my first call.

Kathy Patterson of Premier Properties was a pleasure to work with and did a great job selling our property in a very short period of time. We have used Premier Properties to both buy and sell properties. They are highly responsive, professional and know the area very well. The experience they bring to the table during negotiations was much appreciated. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone.
