I ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE… My hot water heater burst, and within an hour, @premiernb my landlord, had a maintenance crew here. They fixed and cleaned everything and had a brand new water heater installed… JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE AND THE WONDERFUL MAINTENANCE CREW THAT DID A GREAT JOB MARIO j ORTIZ
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with great natural light and all the amenities I need. The building is always clean, secure, and very well-managed. The location is unbeatable—close to the student center and easy access to downtown.
We rented a unit for two years while our son attended Rutgers University for grad school. The office staff was always attentive and available for any questions or requests. The place is kept very clean and we felt comfortable knowing that our son was in a place that was secure. I definitely recommend this place.
Love the place, I would stay longer if my job didn’t relocate me. I definitely stay there again in the future, place it’s very quiet and clean.
Absolutely an awesome experience renting from Premier Properties the last four years here at Rutgers! They have the nicest and most affordable apartments on campus and were super accommodating. The staff that they have at Premier is top notch and unrivaled! Thank you for a great four years!
