Hello, do not rent with this company because they do not maintain their properties, they only charge and increase the prices. I live in one and I have been sending emails for a long time asking them to come and repair it, and they do nothing. Hola, no alquilen con esta empresa porque no mantienen sus propiedades, solo cobran y suben los precios. Vivo en una y llevo mucho tiempo enviando correos electrónicos pidiéndoles que vengan a repararla, y no hacen nada.
It was a pleasure working with the entire Premier Property Management team at out most recent project. They are very professional, and we would certainly work with them in the future.
Danielle in their finance department was not only incredibly unhelpful, but she took the opportunity to take it further and be an incredibly rude person. If only one could rate 0 stars for the daylight robbery and poor service.
CHV deserves Zero stars. I've lived in this community since 2016. Since Greystar took over in 2018, living at CHV has been a nightmare. I was laid off twice and kept the line of communication open with the leasing office. In April 2021 I applied for help and wasn't approved until March of 2022. From April 2021 to March 2022 I sent over 100 emails about this issue and my balance being incorrect.
