Slum Lords
I have been renting from Premier Properties for years now. My advice is stay clear from any of their properties. They are slum lords. They own over 1900 properties in MN. Their office is located in one of their apartment complex by taking away 3 to 4 units off the rental market. Be my quest and check with other tenants before signing your lease. Don't look for getting your damaged deposit back in 21 days. They want you to clean your unit top to bottom. Good luck if you do rent from them.
